Positive: Facing the street, the apartment is right on the ground level. Noise from the street even with windows closed. The car is parked under the balcony, but it is not easy to park with only about 20 cm space on the sides. The apartment furnishing is a bit dated.
Negative: Black mold in the shower, shower door does not close properly.
